Sandra Yuen, PhD., C.Psych., Director, Professional Practice and Quality Assurance, Health & Wellness
Dr. Yuen has 18 years’ experience in post-secondary student mental health as an administrator, manager, program evaluator, and clinical psychologist. She oversees a team of psychologists, social workers and psychotherapists, who are part of a larger interdisciplinary team consisting of primary care and mental health professionals. Sandra is actively involved in program development of clinical services, including a mental health stepped care model, group therapy and workshop services, embedded counselling services, and the clinical psychology residency program. Sandra oversees program evaluation of mental health, primary care, and health promotion. Sandra’s clinical interests are in the provision of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for depression and anxiety disorders. She is particularly interested in interpersonal process, attachment, and metacognitive aspects of cognitive therapy. She has a private practice and enjoys teaching and supervising clinical psychology and psychiatry residents.
Janine Robb, RN, M.Sc., Executive Director, Health & Wellness
Janine Robb joined the University of Toronto as the Executive Director of Health and Wellness in 2009. Janine actively pursues a broad health and mental health agenda, leading initiatives that have included campus-wide anti-stigma campaigns and health/mental health education programs for student leaders, staff and faculty. Janine also leads work aimed at increasing access to health and mental health services through building strategic partnerships and collaborative programming across the campus and with other stakeholders. Janine oversaw the establishment of a Mental Health Advisory Committee that developed a mental health strategy for the University. She was a President of the Canadian Organization of University College Health (COUCH) and the first Co-Chair of the Student Health Community of Practice, Canadian Association College and University Student Services (CACUSS) and currently the President of the Ontario University and College Health Association (OUCHA). Janine has been involved with the National College Health Assessment survey since 2009, was active in the national uptake in 2013 and saw the University of Toronto centralize their institutions participation in 2016.

Jennifer Dods, Executive Director, Student Wellness Services
Jennifer Dods is the Executive Director of Student Wellness Services. Her portfolio includes Health, Counselling, Accessibility, and Health Promotion Services and the Regional Assessment and Resource Center. In this role, Jennifer is focused on program development, strategic planning, and service integration. Prior to coming to Student Wellness, Jennifer taught at the School of Nursing and the Faculty of Education. Her background includes working in psychiatric nursing, special education, health education, and outcomes management.

Ellie Sadinsky manages a wide range of projects and initiatives that support student success. She also leads communications for the Division of Student Affairs. Previously, she was the university’s Communications Director.

Lina Di Genova, PhD., Associate Director, Assessment, Learning, and Evaluation
Dr. Lina Di Genova is the assessment professional in Student Services at McGill University, Canada. Lina has over ten years’ experience in organisational performance metrics. Lina has led monitoring and evaluation of student affairs programmes on topics ranging from orientation to academic advising, student involvement, wellness and alumni outcomes. Before joining Student Services, Lina worked in University Institutional Planning on national assessment initiatives, such as the National Survey of Student Engagement benchmarking programme for the Canadian U15 Data Exchange and graduate education issues. Dr. Di Genova is also licensed, organizational psychologist.
