Front Line Staff, Advisors, and Student Services Guide
This guide intended to help front line staff learn how to better support Indigenous students on campus. The guide has four main components: 1) Understanding Decolonization, Indigenization, and Reconciliation; 2) Learning about Indigenous Students; 3) Understanding Indigenous Worldview Values to Better Support Indigenous Students; and 4) Practices for the Indigenization of Student Services. The guide also includes promising practices and policies to support font-line staff with Indigenization efforts.
