    Hosted by the Center for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH), in this webinar, Jenna Hitchcox, MScHQ, Program Manager for the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) and Michael Dunn, MSc., TITC-CT, the Director of Quality Improvement with CMHA, Ontario and co-lead for the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) discuss the role of Quality Improvement (QI) methods and tools in mental health and addiction services and programs. Learn about the movement for QI in healthcare settings, the Model for Improvement and how applying QI tools have enhanced community-based mental health and addictions supports in Ontario, such as projects to reduce wait times and no-shows for counselling services. The webinar concludes by reviewing some common quality issues impacting campus programs with a Q & A period on how institutions may apply QI tools in their setting.
