    Jul 18, 2024 | Health Canada, PEP-AH

The Canadian Postsecondary Education Alcohol and Drug Use Survey (CPADS) is an online survey by Health Canada for undergraduate students between 17 and 25 years who attend Canadian higher education. CPADS gathers information on the substances students use, the frequency and quantity of their consumption, and the harms they experience due to substance use.

CPADS data offers Health Canada, provincial governments, communities, and higher education institutions timely, accurate insights into substance use and its related harms among Canadian students. Institution-specific reports provide valuable data to help enhance student well-being. For more details about CPADS, contact CPADS@advanis.net.

CPADS also offers a toolkit for PEP-AH members with resources on how to disseminate the survey, share and use results.
