Developed by the Center for Innovation in Campus Mental Health, the Stepped Care for Post-Secondary Campuses toolkit provides an overview of the various steps for implementation of Stepped Care 2.0 – an updated, more client-centric version of the original Stepped Care Model – in three Ontario post-secondary institutions
Many post-secondary student services, particularly mental health services and disability services, adopt an intake and triage system to assess and screen student needs and urgency in order to identify the most appropriate services for the student. One of the key purposes of a successful intake and triage system is to provide timely access to services, providing the right care or service at the right time. If your service utilizes an intake and triage process and you have data demonstrating impacts on service delivery (e.g., access, wait times, flow), we would be interested in featuring your intake system for the network.
