The Société Québécoise d’évaluation de programme (SQEP) is hosting a workshop in French on the theory of change for evaluation. Presented by Ludovic Décoret and Judith Gaudet, attendees will learn the following:

• What a theory of change is, its various applications, and differentiate it from other related and complementary tools (e.g., logical framework)
• Demonstrate the value of a theory of change at various phases of the evaluation process
• Highlight different challenges in the development and application of a theory of change
