Resilience, Mattering & Belonging: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Mental Health and Well-Being

Join Humber College’s Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences and the Toronto International Festival of Authors (TIFA) for the tenth annual Humber@TIFA conference. This interdisciplinary conference brings together researchers, practitioners, educators, and scholars to discuss approaches to mental health and well-being. The conference has partnered with the Mattering Group and will have a special focus on post-secondary student mental health, well-being, and resilience. Presentation proposals are now open for submission and can focus on any area of mental health.

Intergenerational trauma
Addiction and Recovery
Psychopathology
Mattering within the context of post-secondary students’ experiences
