Hosted by the Canadian Evaluation Society and presented by Dr. Monique Inez Liston, this webinar discusses R.A.C.E Academy, a process for programs and organizations to understand and incorporate equity into their practices. R.A.C.E Academy is a framework that focuses on respect, protection, and dignity. The process aims to understand and address how an individual’s dignity may be supported or dismissed through the work of a program or organization. Attendees will learn how to utilize an intersectional lens, create accountability action plans, and determine processes that promote equity on an individual and organizational level.
