Burnout Prevention and Intervention in Post Secondary Education

Join Working Stronger and CMHA- Alberta Division for a workshop on burnout in postsecondary education. Attendees will learn how to identify risk factors and signs of burnout, as well as personal and institutional barriers that may prevent an individual from seeking help in the campus environment. Workshop attendees will learn effective strategies to cope with daily stressors, as well how to create a self-care plan to support one’s mental health.
