Black Student Mental Health Matters: Afrocentric Frameworks to Restore Black Wholeness

Join the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH) for a discussion on Black student mental health. Naiima Farah, a Faculty Counsellor from George Brown College, will discuss what factors contribute to mental health difficulties among African, Black and Caribbean (ABC) students, such as the impact of colonial violence. Attendees will learn how centering Afrocentric frameworks can help advance Black healing and wellbeing.
