    Developed by the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH), this Emotional Regulation infosheet can assist staff and students with managing emotional regulation on campus. Emotional regulation refers to one’s capacity to effectively manage and respond to emotional experiences to adapt to the demands of a particular situation or environment. It’s not about avoiding or suppressing emotions, but about managing emotions as they surface. This infosheet contains strategies and tips to improve student well-being and build resilience.
