Student Mental Health Framework/Cadre de référence sur la santé mentale étudiante

Created by the Government of Québec’s Minister of Education, the Student Mental Health Framework aims to support the implementation of practices and initiatives that promote well-being in post-secondary institutes across the province. The framework is a key resource for the implementation of the Action Plan on Mental Health in Higher Education 2021-2026/ Plan d’action sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignment supérieur (PASME).

The framework aims to:

  • Establish a set of best practices aligned with PASME’s objectives
  • Mobilize and empower teaching staff, administrators, support staff, and service professionals to promote the mental health of the student community
