BP-Net Releases Survey Report on the National Standard for Mental Health and Well-Being for Post-Secondary Students
The Best Practices Network, in collaboration with the Mental Health Commission of Canada, sought to learn about the utilization of The National Standard for Mental Health and Well-Being for Post-Secondary Students across Canadian post-secondary institutions. Given that it has been five years since its release, the Network conducted a survey to identify if and how post-secondary institutions have been using and implementing The Standard.
The findings from the survey highlight awareness levels of The Standard and identify the types of initiatives informed by The Standard, the range of tools used by post-secondary institutions to facilitate implementation, and the facilitators and barriers to using The Standard.

The Best Practices Network would like to thank the Mental Health Commission of Canada for their collaboration and support during the development, administration, and dissemination phases of this project and to our student life and student affairs colleagues who participated in the survey!
