Created by BCcampus, Pulling Together: A Guide for Front-Line Staff, Student Services, and Advisors, is guide intended to help front line staff learn how to better support Indigenous students on campus. The guide has four main components: 1) Understanding Decolonization, Indigenization, and Reconciliation; 2) Learning about Indigenous Students; 3) Understanding Indigenous Worldview Values to Better Support Indigenous Students; and 4) Practices for the Indigenization of Student Services. The guide also includes promising practices and policies to support font-line staff with Indigenization efforts.
