    Published by the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA), Breaking Down Barriers: Mental Health and Canadian Post-Secondary Students, provides contextual information around what mental health currently looks like on post-secondary campuses in Canada. This report highlights the needs of students regarding mental health supports and some of the barriers currently in place that prevent students from having their needs met when confronting mental health problems or illnesses. Additionally, this paper examines potential strategies for change focused on federal jurisdiction and the pan-Canadian level and provides recommendations for how the federal government can better address and improve mental health on campus.
