This three-hour webinar, hosted by CICMH, will provide the opportunity to discuss system and practice level changes that can support the transition to virtual care in the post-secondary setting.

The webinar will be broken down into three main areas:

  1. Building flexible systems to provide a wide range of services (using Stepped Care 2.0 as an example of such a system)
  2. Supporting culture change and building readiness for Virtual Care
  3. Frontline experience in moving to virtual care
