Tina Ranta
Tina Ranta is the Assistant Director of Well-being at York University, where she has led the development of the university’s pan-campus Well-being Strategy. With over a decade of experience as a community health nurse leader specializing in mental health and harm reduction programming, Tina applies a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on upstream thinking. A strong collaborator, she has fostered broad community engagement to create a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of students, staff, faculty, and instructors. Tina also serves as the primary researcher for student wellness data at York University.
