Toolkit for Evaluating the Impact of Training Aimed at Developing Skills in Mental Health

Created by the Observatoire sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignment supérieur (OSMÉES), this toolkit is designed to help staff at post-secndary institutions assess the impact of training aimed at developing mental health skills. Developed as part of the Action Plan on Mental Health in Higher Education (PASME, 2021-2026), its goals are to:

  • Offer an approach for assessing the effectiveness of training programs designed to enhance students’ mental health competencies
  • Foster a culture of assessment and make evaluation more accessible within post-secondary institutions, promoting ongoing enhancement to refine and strengthen mental health initiatives
