Presenter Dr. Robert Selles, from Anxiety Canada’s scientific advisory committee, discusses “eco-anxiety” or “climate distress.” Utilizing planetary health, acceptance, and commitment therapy frameworks, attendees will learn how to foster campus environments that help students cope with climate distress and drive positive change.
